Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned within 30 days in their original packaging and in like new condition.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee or a store credit depending on a review from the Dragon Shine team.

Shipping costs on returns are to be paid for by the customer

If order has qualified for free shipping customer is required to pay this shipping cost plus return shipping costs.

To return an item you must email in a filled out return authorisation form for confirmation before shipping.

No items are to be returned without first emailing an authorization form.

Missing or Damaged items must be reported to Dragon Shine within 5 days of receiving shipment.

Carrier may be responsible for any damages in shipping.

Email pictures and a description of the damage to hello@dragonshine.ca for any claims.

Please keep original packaging on damaged items.

We offer free shipping on orders over 125.00 within Canada before taxes.

Large items may be subject to an external shipping fee.

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
